
Kingston Trampoline Academy is a trampoline gymnastic club located at the Arena Sports Complex, within Kingston College, Kingston Upon Thames. The club is affiliated to to the national governing body, British Gymnastics, and to London Gymnastics at a regional level.
The Academy has members from age 4 and runs both recreational and competitive programmes. The coaching team is lead by Head Coach Sarah Silvester who has coached for both England and Great Britain at international events.
The Academy offers 5 Olympic standard trampolines, a double mini trampoline and an overhead safety rig, as well as the necessary safety matting and a large assortment of fitness equipment.
The ethos of the Academy is to assit both recreational and competitve gymnasts to reach their potenial, keep fit, stay healthy and have fun.

Training is divided into hour long slots - and will be allocated according to availablity.
Training is structured to each persons ability, with work books & folders given to each jumper with the chance to work towards the British Gymnastics Award Scheme and progress to competitive trampolining.
When starting out it is alright to wear shorts and a t.shirt with ankle socks, however, for comfort and safety we recommend that the Academy kit is worn for more information on kit and clothing click here: Get Your Kit.
We encourage parents and carers to watch and support the jumpers, and you may view training sessions from a safe distance from an area of disignated saeting within the sports hall.
